Course Content

Module - 1: What is Personality Development (Social Skills)?

(1st Year: Min. 30 Hours in each Semester 1 and Semester 2 = Total 60 hours)

(If 3 hours/day/Batch – Max. 10 days/Semester; If 6 hours/day/Batch – Max. 5 days/Semester)

In reality, Personality Development is simply WOW factor if you meet and see someone in your surrounding and immediately you get impressed by him or her in a minutes which is consists of five factors or you can say that Personality as a whole is the sum total of these five factors:

1. Etiquette: For Example: General, Social and Business etc.

2. Manners: For Example: Sorry, Thank you, and Excuse me etc

3. Grooming: For Example: Dress Code vs. Uniform etc.

4. Body Language: For Example: your gesture & posture

5. Indianism: For Example: use of proper and decent accent, diction and pronunciation in Hindi & English etc.

In short, once you get mastery over all these five influencing factors, all of a sudden, there will be Paradigm Shift in one’s individual’s appearance, character, intelligence, attractiveness, efficiency and style.

Personality Development

Day 1 to 6: Awareness on Basic PDSS (Personality Development & Soft Skills)

Day 7: Career Options & Planning

Module - 2: What is Soft Skills (Life Skills)?

(2nd Year – Min. 30 Hours in each Semester 1 & Semester 2 = Total 60 hours)

(If 3 hours/day/Batch – Max. 10 days/Semester; If 6 hours/day/Batch – Max. 5 days/Semester)

Soft Skills is all about SMARTNESS which comes through

1. AWARENESS means Knowledge + Information + Exposure = Learning.

2.  HUMBLENESS means IQ+EQ+RQ+HQ+SQ = Dynamic Living.

In short, we can easily say that Soft Skills is all about Learning and Dynamic Living which leads to Paradigm Shift in one’s individual’s thinking, beliefs, values and expectations.

(IQ = Intelligent Quotient; EQ = Emotional Quotient; RQ = Relationship Quotient; HQ = Humour Quotient and SQ = Spiritual Quotient)

(If 3 hours/day/Batch – Max. 33 days/Semester; If 6 hours/day/Batch – Max. 17 days/Semester)

In India, only 5% students are getting awesome CAREER which means Luxury, Lifestyles and Comfort. Rest 95% students are getting only JOB because their Soft Communication is ZERO. As per my understanding, Soft Communication is all about HEALING people which come through

1. Effective Reading                                       2. Effective Writing

3. Effective Listening                                     4. Effective Speaking

5. Effective Presentation                                 6. Effective Interpretation

In short, mastery over these six pillars helps an individual to gain self – image, self- confidence, high self-esteem, positive attitude and positive perception towards life.

A Person Behind the Show

He is Prof. Anantkumarr Das: World Numerologist/Father of Soft Numerology/Soft Skills/Soft CRT/Soft Communication in India; with 10+ Certification; Author of “11” Books; National and International Teacher – Trainer – Counsellor – Consultant plus Professor – Management and Soft Skills plus Career Advisor. Earlier: 28+ years full time experience as a Director: PDP, Director: Program, Dean: Program, CEO, VP, National and International Motivational Speaker and Trainer, Educationist & Soft Skills Guru; conducted classes/ program/workshop on teaching & training plus Counselling & Consulting almost in 1000+ Institutions (schools, colleges, institutes, universities, learning & study centres) plus 250+ Organizations (Public Ltd. Co, Pvt. Ltd. Company, Partnership Company & Sole Proprietorship – Both IT and Non - IT) including almost 600 FDP/MDP/EDP/TTW/TTT in 21 Countries/21 States/300 Cities in India. He is the only soft skills trainer from India whose name is coming in LIMCA RECORDS due to ‘Quality’ workshop. He has already trained & mentored almost 1, 00,000 students and 50,000 Staff/ Executives/Managers/Teachers/ Faculty etc.

He is working for Institutions & Organizations (FT/ PT/ Contractual/ Freelance/Visiting) as a trainer, teacher, mentor, coach, guide, leader, boss, manager, friend, philosopher and above all professional speaker on Awareness & Humbleness, He help educate people, encourage people, motivate people, inspire people, aware people, make them humble and manage their time, set their priorities, and stay focused, so they can achieve their goals, get ahead in life, and live their dreams.

He had started his teaching & training as a ‘Tutor’ when he was just 11 years young. He used to teach little champs after his schooling between 5pm to 6pm regularly. He loves teaching & training because this is in his blood because his grandfather was a great teacher & trainer. He started meeting his pocket money through his teaching & training only. This teaching & training gives him a sense of responsibility which leads to “Creativity” whereby he wrote a ‘Detective’ novel (Children Series) at the age of 13 years only but he could not get it published due to lack of family support.

Having started at an early age, he finds that his expertise does in fact lie in helping students deal with social pressure, and helping them cope with the stress and frustration it brings. He has also been successfully able to help students improve their self-esteem by making them focus on past successes, so that they may be able to garner the strength for future aspirations. He does not think age has any role to play when it comes to warming up to students. As long as they can find a mentor and a guide in someone, they are likely to open up to them.

He is a great team player, unsupervised, self-discipline, and self-motivated person with very high ethics, honesty & integrity. He never compares his intelligence & destiny with any one because this is an insult to him (e.g. five brothers & sisters born from the same parents are not equal in intelligence & destiny then how can we compare lacs of people who belongs to altogether different caste, creed and religion etc).

His programme is all about developing accountable and responsible citizen of this world. This is possible if there will be regular and constant Inspiration (Award) and Motivation (Reward) for any individual or collective achievements.

“Good Results and Good Institutes means,

You are only Brilliant & Intelligent, but not Creative,

But Creative people are definitely Brilliant & Intelligent.”

(Ex: Almost all old founders across the ‘Globe’ like Bill Gates, Tata, Birla, Dhirubhai Ambani; s etc. are college dropouts but all ‘Big’ brains are working for them).
